freshly converted diesel now powered by vegetable oil & salt crystals; grass-fed cow's milk & almond fumes out the exhaust; interior upholstered in cruelty-free faux-leather vinyl
Mouthfeel   12.6 / 15
Texture: swollen tissue of tremendous growth rate: caramel texture rolls-over unctuously as added safflower oil makes its presence felt...
Melt: ... collapsing around shelled almond fragments
Flavor   43.4 / 50
booms-in burnt caramel toffee... separates & deconstructs down to milk -> almonds -> determined sea salt (iodine-rich mineral bed), then backcrosses & re-assembles into recombinant butterscotch w/ a sharp switchblade of offshoot grass (hedgehog fodder) -> safflower's 'bastard saffron' overtones (especially hay / metallic honey, even quartz) -> dried cocoa powder -> chicory & mocha at the finish
Quality   17.1 / 20
Savory ramshackle. Elaborate interpretation of a standard blueprint; multi-structured culinary media with so many moving parts that chocolate itself appears an unidentified passer-by - but it's there, along with a washed-up ocean floor of minerals, seaweed, & algae, stepped up with landlubber tongue tricks (enriched w/ safflower oil - a killer vegetable fat that cocoa gurus assail for adultery in protest campaigns like Don't Mess with My Chocolate). Overall dark-toned affair from bean selection to a roast tweaking a lot of furans & cyclotenes responsible for caramel notes in cacáo that breaks the box & presses the envelope.
