Straight up & at ya; drag queen of the cocoa scene: thick muscular structure covered in citrus spritz & flowers, focused in the orange-spice family, with strong chocolate backbone to carry it along. For 80%-class, this is 1 sweet tart.

luft-wafter: short grape top note –> smoked pine wood -> ‘srooms –> loam/dirt/earth-driven; dried florid-herb along edge break
Mouthfeel   12.7 / 15
Texture: creamed-up
Melt: smooths-down slowly
Flavor   44.3 / 50
honey smoked caramel –> chocolate earth –> quick fruit flare –> back to vanilla cocoa –> long consistent jasmine/orange/mace stream (juicy sweet tart & tang)
Quality   17.6 / 20
Holds up with tremendous poise. Similar blend as Pralus’ Caracas but swaps out Trinidad for Papouasie - an obvious game-changer substitute. Modulated bitterness & clean acidity; butter clearly tampers down potency, making serener & sweeter than its 80% listing. Could be all just a beautiful mistake but it’s excellent.
