A ripcurl trying to funnel thru Fiji cacáo, Hawai'i Lava salt &, presumably, Indonesia coconut oil.

Surfin' 8.0

Beta testing over. Advanced technicals only. Worthy of Laird Hamilton (no beach boys allowed) bringing the big board to pike around the Pacific.

Taste whether River-Sea can hold it or bails out of its depth.
Appearance   4.5 / 5
Color: auric brown
Surface: apt cresting wave mould-design; salt-shaken underside
Temper: semi-wet
Snap: all-business tone
Aroma   8.7 / 10
laps up a Dark-Milk countenance, very dark, then super dense caramel mud-silt pie
Mouthfeel   13.6 / 15
Texture: easy...
Melt: ... ripple
Flavor   37.2 / 50
salt wall whence right away this an ocean wave ... rides thru... reaches depth on burnt peanut skin... never really crests to a froth let alone amplitude -> rear fruit-action entombed in the ash -> bails on caramel before coffee, coffee & more coffee submerges it as if land-locked from Central America instead of Oceania
Quality   14 / 20
Classic compounds.

Of the 3 main food groups -- salt / sugar / fat -- the Hawaiian salt hits with the force of a tsunami; coconut oil in the mix felt more than tasted; & the Fiji cacáo ballasts the craft. The last so underrepresented on the spot markets of premium cocoa &, alas, over-roasted here. Hi-metrics (upper right from CQ to Length) if for untoward attributes.

This possesses all the hallmarks of sensational possibilities. Dashed by water's antagonist -- fire in the oven. Just tuck it in some & it comes right.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, coconut oil, lava salt
