New barsmith + new origin = double novelty.

Introducing Moka Origins chocolate maker, utilizing in this bar cacáo sourced from Sierra Leone -- the 50th country to enter The Chocolate Atlas.

Harvested from within the Gola Rainforest, home to birds, butterflies, former civil strife &, yes, ebola.

With peace at last & a healthier environment, cocoa flourishes right at the extreme western edge of Africa’s cocoa belt where the continent transitions from tropical sub-Saharan climate to drier desert.

In other words, fearless & hopeful.

The Chocolate Complex -- simplified.

85%
Simple stuff & excellent at that. Incredibly controlled for 85%, so palatable too, thanks to a hefty cocoa butter pad.

Coconut 64%
Another deceiver but in the opposite direction of the 85%. Where that trends lighter than its content, this punches up quite dark for a meager 64%. Again, simple & true to point.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter (for Coconut 64% add coconut)
