milk solids spurred by peppercorn into goat’s milk powder -> cacáo butter rounds off the tang -> pink pepper (w/ juniper analogues) carries the rest of the length -> sodium finish

Pink peppercorn is not a pepper but belongs to the cashew family. Its berries possess mild & subtle taste so cacáo butter makes the ideal chocolate canvas for it too has a recessed flavor. Essentially aromatic rather than spicy hot, like another non-pepper - Szechuan Pepper, & similar sweetness to juniper. It nonetheless colors the milk in this bar, altering a dairy cow to summon the frightening ghost of  Askinosie’s White goat. Hardly the most successful combination but a frank exposé on what’s also known as ‘Christmasberry’.
