The Raramuri of Mexico make their sleeping arrangements so that they can wake during the night to discuss their dreams with one another. Prime time to conjugate too.

Now that’s smart & sexy.

Mex cacáo, like its terrain, can be jagged, prickly.

By contrast, these regional origins -- Tabasco (80% and 70%) & Chiapas (74%) -- lie relatively reposed. Especially for their percentages, more so with the Chiapas; simpler... quite 2-dimensional. Tabasco on the other hand, though far from the most ranging array of flavor-complexes, coveys a depth & layered intricacies of aged qualities to approximate a 360º surround sensation. Its reputed Criollo herein represents a considerable chocolate & addition to cacáo's library of flavors.

A couple bars a cut above the field for Mexico.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter
