Colombia
flash fruit onto sweet nut meat & roasted cocoa… hangs simple like this with a vanilla backset… on & on… goes nowhere but there -> papaya in the deep rear recesses

Honduras 62
vanilla cocoa -> walnut fudge -> cream -> dark latte -> twigs 'n leaves -> charred nut skins

strong for a 62% cacáo-content

Cuba 59
vanilla cocoa milk -> caramel -> guess what? more nuts! -> malted cocoa -> unusual (for Cuba) orange apparition for a cocoa-orange creamsicle FX
No, 59 does not refer to the year of Fidel's revolt but rather the cacáo-content percentage. Uncanny Cuban with that orange impression. Otherwise this mimics the other two in the trio.
Quality   12.1 / 20
Confusing.

1. Dunno if this company named Vanilla Beans or Chocolate Design because both are prominently listed. The latter as the manufacturer & the former as the contact (as well as the one appearing on the front label -- click image upper right to enlarge).

2. The 'Vanilla Beans' moniker infers vanilla usage. Moreover the flavor imparts as much. Yet none appears in the list of ingredients. Hmmmm.

3. Cacáo-content percentages seem low for such dark-toned bars.

Whatever the actual circumstances, the barsmith rubs out distinctions between origins for a standardized / homogenized confine similar to 21st century globalism where everyone hops the internets for lots of S.O.S. (Same-Old-Same).

Free advice to this company: save the hassle & expense, just buy cheap commodity cocoa from nearby (Indonesia), continue to smother with vanilla & call it a day rather than a craft chocolate.
