D'Arriba

		Impact

Wants to pound the senses in the best Germanic tradition but hits the butter skids & just slides off the rails.

		Appearance   5 / 5
			| Color: | very dark ages – old riders of purple sage on black horseback |
| Surface: | Basquiat-like repeating pop art mold |
| Temper: | flat & dull, ala pre-fresco - adds to overall effect |
| Snap: | high frequency breaks perfect straight edge |
Aroma   5.8 / 10

torched: blackberry desperately flailing in a scorching, full-city roast coffee; a good cupper may detect vanilla, cinnamon candy & red cyclamen flower
			Mouthfeel   13.7 / 15
			| Texture: | big ass hippo; true butter freak |
| Melt: | butter bandit: melts on contact at the touch of a finger – once in mouth starts fleeing instantly |
Flavor   35.4 / 50

bold coconuts around straggling sapote -> quickly over to coffee -> butters out on long stretch... -> wattleseed -> warm beer hops -> bitter brazil nut rounds into peanut -> brief & bedraggled cyclamen flash -> total collapse
			Quality   11.2 / 20

Overly processed in every aspect & texture leads the way making it hard to say whether it spares or suffocates this bar. Underlying flavors pretty grim to begin with so, under the adage of ‘hiding weaknesses & playing to strengths’, Hachez possibly knows what it does best – gross fat.
