Impact
Very ordinary; tastes intentionally fixed, sacrificing creativity to meet market demands
Presentation   5 / 5
smart-looking, polychromatic w masculine edge
Aromas   3.4 / 5
highly infusion-dominant
Textures/Melt   7.1 / 10
Shells: semi-thin
Centers: mainly soft
Flavor   35.3 / 50
disequilibrium; obvious flavors against timid couverture (chocolate just an excuse)
Quality   21.2 / 30
Uninspiring
Selections
Couverture: generic
Caramel – crowd-getter; savory salt hit oozes instantly before collapsing around a speck of almond
Coriander – advertises almond & hazelnut too, pretty nakedly spiced until chocolate comes up & joins in for a mint confluence w/ nuts providing late stage wooden backdrop; after-taste goes Girl Scout Cookie
Pistacao – pistachio struggles while cinnamon later breaks thru for vanilla White choco-froth
Lime – key lime pie w/out the gel
Banana Foster – caramelized banana verges on rum; perhaps the height of the collection
Passiflora – stiffest texture of the set; loud & brassy passionfruit settles down then fades to pineapple juice against dark background; excellent
Crunchy – lives up to its title; rice crispies over take hazelnut praline to go a wafer
