Neither 'bitter' nor 'classic'.

Part of Zotter's handgeschöpft (hand-scooped) series in which the barsmith often takes extreme liberties with additives & creativity. Yet this cuts against that grain, pulling in the reins, to deliver a more direct / straight chocolate sensation.

A ganache in a bar really. Nothing complex; just overbearing sweeteners to inundate then reduce the potency of 80% cacao-content.

The most remarkable feature: the melt... beguiling & witchy... the slow robe over the fast center creates a disorienting time-distortion, the effect out of joint yet exhilarating -- a total motion lounge hung with Salvador Dalis.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, dairy butter, cocoa butter, fructose-glucose syrup, salt
