green fruit theme (matters nil which one – all immature & unripe) -> cacáo butter pasta -> mild bitter iron offset -> stoops to portobello -> woods ear mushroom -> trackbacks to opening w/ green pineapple... tumblesdown in smoke & dirt cover -> almond / walnut -> rising bitter -> coffee after-burn

Keeps it close to the ground in typical Domori fashion. Carefully calibrated, short ferments & longer roasts by Domori standards on this blend (from medium to medium-high), quelled in substantial butter content. But underneath acidity springs too tight & tertiary flavors are callous, depraved killers.
