Maxi Wax (an almost 2-to-1 fat to mass ratio; see the Barithmetic below)… just as well since Panamanian cacáo lacks. Nonetheless a grueling bitterness bites thru the butter. Made with 8% coconut "blossom" sweetener. Please, stop the sugar fraud.

This site receives & gifts a lot of chocolate so trust this: an embarrassment to even give it away.

Distinct umami point, probably powered by the milk powder, offsets the cloying quality for a top-flight White in an anecdote to Vivani's Panama (above). Streamline yet buttressed by judicious use of both bourbon vanilla & raw cane sugar which imparts its own subtle flavor to add back the vacancies created by a deodorized cocoa butter.
