Calling this West Africa accurately reflects the reality on the ground, seeing how hard it sometimes is to ascertain provenance where beans from neighbor countries like Cameroon & Nigeria often get thrown into the pile with those in Ghana. Practically demos Belgian ganache in bar form. Simple & easy: tall monomaniac flavor w/ ground level acidity. Quite Lindt-like... kinder, gentler version of the 85% King Kong.
