Texture:	cloudy, good coverage, little flavor distribution, then water
Melt:	non-existent for 10 seconds: quick dispersal thereafter

Swiss Miss cocoa run over by vanilla w/ harsh steel & machine oil backing

At least it rates higher (barely) than its percentage of cacáo-content. Likely victim of Dutching. CBS of ~2:3:3 means mass got flattened by sugar-butter
