The following presents a summary of Millcreek Cacao Roasters' collection of chocolate concoctions that fill the slot between a bar & a bombone (the shape of the former & usually the taste of the latter). In the ‘Quality’ Section below, individual pieces are listed with a brief synopsis of each. The overall rating (upper right) represents a composite average.

In conjunction with these bars, Millcreek has launched a Kickstarter Campaign to develop an infusion method that requires a specialized environment & architectural set-up. The prototypes reviewed below effectively mesh flavorings with their chocolate base, thanks partially to cacáo's manifold & malleable properties (especially its readily absorbable lipids). So much so that the bars & the campaign are Kickstarter's own Staff Pick. And for good reason: amazingly, Millcreek’s bars contain the essence without the substance of the infusions.

Innovative & esoteric, ancient yet light years ahead of the pack. They merit support. To give, just click over to Millcreek's Kickstarter Campaign

Crafted with Heirloom III cacáo & while the indelicate infusions blare at hi-decibels -- at least initially -- they also mesh pretty effectively / ultimately with the chocolate base thanks to cacáo's manifold & malleable properties (especially its readily absorbable lipids).

As stated above, the bars contain the essence without the substance of their infusions. Millcreek utilizes a quasi-poprietary technique that involves a customized protocol.

Luscious Raspberry -- a berry bush planted in a bar growing indoors, inside the house; trash the aromatherapy diffuser & use this instead; fruit jam-level of concentration bedaubed on a chocolate base... how can that possibly stand up to the raspberry extract… well, it manages with aplomb as cocoa kicks back a raspberry front lip with nut-inflections that parry the fruit though never knock it completely out; toward the end a bit of a cough syrup clash that really highlights the divergent contrast between the 2 main forces

Cool Peppermint -- medicinal-strength herbal on the bar results in a Girl Scout® chocolate-chip mint cookies aspect as this wafers into a divergent fab blackberry plume; incredible clarity all the way around
