Lots of "fine" chocolate hardly tastes like the mainstream's idea of chocolate. Ya know, baseline cocoa with a tab of vanilla thrown down.

Take these bars for example. Thru them consumers enter & navigate the Quantum Realm to communicate with multiple versions of themselves from different time streams. Easy as opening the mouth & say “ahhhhhh…..”
Appearance   4 / 5
Color: all hail diversity; a 'chocolate of color' / poly-hued
Surface: stylized branding on the mould (Cherry bar pocked with namesake dried fruit)
Temper: semi-matte
Snap: so gossipy
Aroma   8.4 / 10
Dark
citrus marmalade.... lemon marmalade to be specific with pineapple & pine in support
rare

Cherry
terpenes in the Dark (above) neutralized then brandied
Mouthfeel   12.7 / 15
Texture: undifferentiated
Melt: mid tempo
Flavor   43.2 / 50
Dark
marches right in on its Aromatics (above) countered by a solid wooden cocoa with walnut veneer -> pine component grows precipitously in the back -> mallow root & banana -> citrus caramel -> young rum

Cherry
tart cherry smacks the T-buds (T for Taste) followed by a salt hit (no salt added!?!?!) -> chocolate surrounds the party -> apple-coffeecake backlot
Quality   15.6 / 20
Dark
Bumptious turned rambunctious. Way too expressive by the midpoint to the end. As though the 6-day turn-pile ferment of 2-2-1-1 hardly aerated.

Cherry
Surprisingly plentiful. Yeah it has a battery of ingredients (see below) & they all mesh / mash well for an amped bar. Moka proving its culinary mettle.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter (for Cherry bar add dried cherries in sunflower oil)
