Vestri in this range is pastel light, breezy, & gauzy with warmth all around (midpoint processing almost the whole way thru, showing skills in every pocket) yet the duration & underlying chocolate stamina packs the scales (the body & under-riding chocolate of either Rio Caribe or SdL to the topside of Carenero) making this quite origin-correct, & once again validates Vestri's credentials as master of the semisweet, which is how this bar feels notwithstanding 72% cacáo weight.
