Despite rather large ginger chunks, a well-measured contour. Quite tranquil in overall F/X & subdued to the edge of cancelling... in no small part due to hi-sugaring (about 1/3 of the chocolate base + another scoop on the candied ginger).

The sum manages to overcome several technical glitches to form a comfort bar... even the toothsome Texture reminds of teething on a pacifier.
