Coppeneur goes all-in in order to go all-out, packing this compound with multiple fruits, each equipped with their own different types of reinforcements (freeze-dried bits & pieces, juice, concentrates, syrup... everything but the peel) to encapsulate a food lab in a bar.
Appearance   2.1 / 5
Oy vey, what have we here? A peek-a-boo raspberry, or two, pokes thru Coppeneur's shoddy encasing.
Color: lemon ivory
Surface: hastily enrobed; unevenly dipped
Temper: flat
Snap: pneumatic
Aroma   9 / 10
the scoop: Ben & Jerry's® Berry-Berry Extraordinary, as in candied raspberry ice-cream in a solid bar
Mouthfeel   8.4 / 15
Texture: mealy
Melt: coarse gruel
Flavor   37.3 / 50
bum rush of raspberry-glucose marmalade, pips included -> develops a super tang SweeTart™ -> mango's fuzzy meat levels it some until a back-flush sour comes to the fore (pure citric acid) & rages over the mouth -> butter to the rescue with that dessert promise in the Aromatics, here translated into cherry-vanilla ice-cream -- but too-little / too-late
Quality   12.9 / 20
Evidently more than onions can irritate the tear ducts. Over-the-top = overkill.

Another in Cooppeneur's take on Zotter's 'hand-scooped' chocolates.

Triplex construction: a layer of mango atop raspberry all soldered together in White Chocolate, an add-on to the label's earlier Mango Lassi. Literal slap-stick from the amateur fit 'n finish on the enrobing to the heavy-handed ratios in the recipe.

Really jams the jelly home in a cloying reminder of Coppeneur's boxed chocolate sugar-bomb.

Coppeneur, never shy; always bold to the point here of... aggravation.

INGREDIENTS: sugar, cocoa butter, almonds, whole milk powder, mango mash, orange liqueur, freeze-dried raspberries, glucose, concentrated raspberry juice, raspberry brandy, butter, powdered mango juice, invert sugar, sorbitol, lecithin, vanilla flavoring, citric acid, natural flavoring
