Food (of the gods) for thought - & quite a lot to think about. ‘Milagros’ is Spanish for ‘miracle’ & some magic works its way in for a micro-regional taste.

brujo trickster: medicinal herbs hovering like a cloud forest over lighter than altiplano spices (cinnamon / ginger / pepper), coconut, cocoa, & orchids (vanilla, tho none added) that vanish into ever thinner air

dumps chocolate-flavored sugar, mild & unwild -> background herbs constant thru-out length: feral una de gato, guarana, & cinnamon leaf -> beautiful cherimoya (especially its banana component) joined by slippery elm -> neroli into full orange -> light orchids & pink hawthorn against yet more green herbs (lemon verbena) & avocado (thick gator-skinned palta) for pastel mint hues -> darkens under vanilla-likeness followed by 1st a bitter then an almond pass -> coffee toffee deep in the shaft -> clears evergreen
			Quality   17.3 / 20

Super bajo to alto range. Sugar supresses a fair amount of flavor that could stand a fraction more cocoa mass - up to 72% - to bring out highlights. Otherwise astute midpoint processing creates soft, ocassionally evasive, profiles.
