Despite the recent blip of a couple flavorful Costa Rican bars (Amistad & Coto Brus), this country remains a backwash to the CATIE genebank, a lab hatching cacáo types mainly for economic metrics related to yield / productivity / disease resistance / drought tolerance, etc.

Even so, growers in Central America are known to hang bras on cacáo trees because of cacáo's ancient symbolic associations with the feminine; to embarrass them into greater productivity.

Apparently they've yet to get the memo that it ain’t how many breasts that count but the shape / size / quality of them.

Really limited; "heirloom" (click image upper right) in name only.

Milk
Plenty of fat to hold together the powdery texture so it feels built to last. And lasts it does for an entire midway of pretty fair Milk Choc to satisfy the umami-yummifiers notwithstanding, or perhaps due to, the grease & filth.
