Take a seat inside a gastropub late one night. Next table over sits 3 elderly sisters (octogenarians & vibrant). Overheard in their conversation which startles & even raises eyebrows not to mention perks up the ears: shaving the pubic area. Huh. Well. Let’s lean in a little closer.

And they're shouting not just some little landing strip for lovers to descend & take off from, but right down to the bone.

Whoa.

Gotta hand it to 'em for being so publicly brazen. Reach into that bag & pull out some chocolate to offer them. Too experienced for old wise-tales like ‘never take candy from a stranger’, they accept. Gladly.

Unabashedly they carry on, explaining to everyone within earshot (like the entire room; hard-of-hearing &/or just sheer delight) that completely shaving their mons venus leaves the skin baby smooth (ahhhh, sort of, if memory serves right), a return to younger days, youth & feeling newborn.

Yeah. Right. OK. Maybe it does take a whole villa of sisterhood to get ya (ku)ya-yas off.

Hmmm, & the cocoa butter in this bar: equal to the task. Smooth.

all undercut by a mineralogy + a late-breaking pepino melon! -> airs celery root
Mouthfeel   12.5 / 15
Texture: respectable

Initial classic bearing of the Esmeraldas varietal at the front yields to more fraught tendencies by the back end. Especially the alcohol tags which signal insufficient fermentation.

Even at 85%, Esmeraldas usually maintains greater poise. This frays early on, parched asunder but, to its DNA's credit, never comes completely undone.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter
