Right down the pike; incredible ease & easy-to-eat. The original kids concept of what chocolate should taste like. Might be construed as monotonous & dull except it’s so kind & straight it borders on a bakery filled with chocolate chip cookies.

sumptuous chocolate mousse fudge: heavy-handed vanilla, cream, & nut butter fully clogs the arteries after sealing off the nostrils w/ a paste that dangerously surpasses milk chocolate on its way to triple clotted cream

pretty straight & pretty much mirrors aroma; pure & simple chocolate runs entire length... highlighted by -> browned sugar crystal -> incredibly light red fruit pack in parallel w/ a coconut rack -> opens onto toasted double-dosed vanilla for hazelnut dairy cream ending... add trace all-spice in the after-math

Manipulated to (crowd) please... the formula: sturdy bean, medium roast to supress tannins (& possibly Dutched), 1/4c sugar to sweeten as ant-acid (& give illusion of lower-% semisweet; tastes much sweeter than actually is), a stick or 2 of butter, & so much prime vanilla to mask any imperfection(s). Well-mixed in a long conche (no lecithin to affect texture) smoothing it all out, boosting very even / very stable center point chocolate flavor.
