Sensational chocolate popcorn: milk & chocolate like rack & pinion. Gets each of the taste buds twirling, flipping & spinning, doin’ hand springs. Some think milk chocolate just dumb but this beautiful blonde - go ahead & laugh - is dumb as a fox.

duck, a sugar wave... boils down into deep dark caramel, smoked in fact (this the rack) -> tobacco hit -> malt (almost malted hops) -> almond thickens to nut butter -> here come spices (the pinion): cinnamon, clove, li’l anise like teak... vanilla musk shows up oak -> all leading in linear motion to... what the flip – corn? Yes, echos of Plantations' great milk bar but instead of rustic cornmeal, a kernel of popcorn, savory like salted no less -> goes out cinematic in slow dissolve
Quality   19.1 / 20
Beans affectionately known as ‘Java blondes’ have a rep for being ideal milk choc material. Although PNG is technically separate but next to Indonesia, it’s close enough to be proof. Hybridized in-bred harmony matched by phenomenal balance, & enough sparkle from acids with a kind roast leaving good tannins intact. Only the lactose-intolerant could dislike this.
