wild cherry blossom –> pronounced raisin –> cocoa wood guts/licorice –> red currant (backcross to raisin) –> almond shaft; all against a medium weight chocolate spine

Pralus, the white boy, playin' that funky music with the wild cherry opening. The rest follows suite: long ferment & bold roast (given the cherry blossom, & what's been coming from Tanzania lately, he probably burned off some fragile aromatics) yet good equilibrium between assertive & relaxed. Simple, well-defined, & drawn out with enough brawn to keep opening as it goes along.
