Pralus, the white boy, playin' that funky music with the wild cherry opening. The rest follows suite: long ferment & bold roast (given the cherry blossom, & what's been coming from Tanzania lately, he probably burned off some fragile aromatics) yet good equilibrium between assertive & relaxed.
