Shock Jacques: pretty true & honest Barry White/washed R&B that defies the Aroma. The likely & lucky outcome of scorching all those beans in this bar line nets a well-roasted butter making fairly real White cacáo flavor (if deodorized) unimpeded by any over-weaning milk. Just nice ratios including a well-balanced vanilla streak. Good pace too (despite the mouthfeel).
