loads up a canon-sequencing of flavors in rapid rounds; sweeter factors (coconut / plums) in the 77% just drop out; stark astringent fruits all the way... olive (has a seed, so technically a fruit) w/ yellow raisin yielding to pineapple (instead of grapefruit) -> vertically integration stirs into a juicy cocktail like a wine’s “must”
