Australians' attitude toward intersex people is quite accommodating. Its passport offers 3 gender options: male, female, & indeterminate. This enables individuals who are neither entirely one or the other to categorize themselves as “X”.

A bit mysterious perhaps but quite flexible.

Ditto this bar: a Crossover sensation from Down Under that turns notions of Dark-Milk Chocolate inside out & upside down.
Appearance   4.6 / 5
Color: cinnamon brown
Surface: fine
Temper: glassine
Snap: dry stick (hey, given the Aroma it's kinda like deodorant)
Aroma   8.2 / 10
a perfumed malt ball straight from the gum ball machine: takes that marshmallow from its big sib Dark 70% & puffs it up with hibiscus -> peanuts 'n cream -> toasted cereal; all very vanilla driven
Mouthfeel   12 / 15
Texture: waxen
Melt: slippery
Flavor   46.5 / 50
rare for the MC category (or even DM) -- a Crossover Flavor Profile: starts standard enough on pure Rolo™ -> pours on the cream for light caramel -> very modified vanilla bean hangout -> MacToffee (macadamia + toffee) sweetened in a honeycomb with white fruits (lilly pilly & lemon myrtle... absolutely tremendous) -> cocoa pastry puffs
Quality   17.9 / 20
Light & sweet for a Dark-Milk, even one as low as 45% (which sits on the cusp of Milk Chocolate & Dark-Milk). What it lacks in depth it overcomes with clarity & finery. So clear & clean in fact.

Apt parallels to Cluizel's stellar Mangaro Lait except the fruit accents here are rounder, attributable in part to the differentials in seed types, origins, & cacáo-content.

Peerless elements -- Australian-culitvated cacáo, locally harvested sugar cane, & fresh cream taste... all melded by a strong but considerate vanilla.

Where vanilla overwhelms Daintree's Dark-70, it marries dairy & cacáo for an elite MC in this instance at the next level.

In the process, it still allows for that subliminal lemon-ness to shine thru -- a special moment -- that rekindles the best of Java Milk Chocolate or Amano's Jembrana.

Superbly crafted & pitched... a dreamcatcher in cream.

ING: raw sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, lecithin, vanilla
