Milk Sickness afflicts individuals who ingest dairy products from a cow that feeds on white snakeroot (Ageratina altissima), a plant with a poisonous cluster of small white flowers. Symptoms include trembling, vomiting, & severe intestinal pain.

Oh, & just another reason to bottle on Swiss milk -- no snakeroot along the Alpine slopes where the heifers graze.

That aside, this bar packs & oozes so much cream that it should come not only with a lactose-intolerant warning but also a bra.
Appearance   3.5 / 5
Color: light taupe
Surface: pistoles
Temper: semi-flat
Snap: resistent
Aroma   8.1 / 10
crème fraîche vanilla-caramel
Mouthfeel   13.7 / 15
Texture: no sloshing, just slouching on a flotation pillow
Melt: immeasurably drowsy (though it dissipates rapidly at the final turn)
Flavor   45 / 50
heavy cream -> butter -> back caramel comes fore as salted almond-toffee with add'l cream support -> soft cocoa ripple over plantain on the way down
Quality   16.2 / 20
Somewhat vacuous (superfluity of cream more than Milk Choc... Felchlin's perishable Costa Rican lays down & rolls over… to a point) but excessively satisfying all the same.

Very characteristic of Felchlin's Milk Chocolate releases: dairy driven & dominant. No complaints given the quality of Alpine cows.
