A trio bars that strike of handed-down treasures from the hidden people -- Huldufolk -- among the crags of Iceland, cicca Gullfoss (“Golden Falls”), the island’s spectacular waterfall. The latter get their glow & name from a man centuries ago who buried his gold when he died, not wanting anyone to have it.

Thank Omnom for sharing instead of hoarding them.

Snap: as loud as their Flavors
Aroma   8 / 10
butterscotch toffee -> belated then only latent licorice

café brew-haha

Sea Salted Almonds
exudes its namesake
Mouthfeel   12.7 / 15
Texture: thick 'n E-Z
Melt: jitter-free
Flavor   43.9 / 50
follows-on from the Aromatics but with prolific licorice -- fresh, raw, pointed... backed by butterscotch, salt enlivens this black-on-white pairing (licorice / white chocolate) then mineralizes it

INGREDIENTS: raw cane sugar, 38% cocoa butter, milk powder, 3% licorice, sea salt, sunflower lecithin

Coffee + Milk
coffee first, foremost.... &, finally, mocha -> aft-linger of subliminal nuts & starch

INGREDIENTS: cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, milk powder, coffee beans, sunflower lecithin

Sea Salted Almonds
slow starter kicks over once salt engages (distilled sea water rather than flakes), transporting a mild almond milk more than nuts -> eventuates fully balanced equilibrium of flavor-forces, albeit shy on chocolate

INGREDIENTS: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa beans, sea salt, almonds, sunflower lecithin

Quality   17.1 / 20
3 bars -- 2 White Chocolate, 1 Milk Chocolate -- themed around salt & precious little-to-nil cocoa solids. Even the archetype bright Madagascan cacáo in the Coffee+Milk displays limited brilliance. Hence very infusion-centric, yet supple still, thanks to carefully proportioned formulas of subtle complexity.
