Very vanilla-driven, assertive without annoying ala Askinosie’s El Rustico. More in the vein of another Askinosie bar – White Nibble – that explores polar opposite ends of chocolate’s spectrum, incorporating Nibs into Chocolate, a combo usually reserved for Milks and Darks rather than Whites. Further bolstered by vitamin & mineral enriched milk-savors creating those salted hits which, in tandem with the Mouthfeel, seemingly generate toffee bits to overcome that wobble / temporary stall-out at the midpoint of this bar's progression.

As fun as the flavor strikes, this compound remains mostly about the Texture. Whiteys, after all, are all in it for the mouth & this is replete with massive Textural contrast to set the frenum loose: smooth vs. crunch; butters & fat vs. splinters & shrapnel, plus the speed differentials – lapsed vs. cracking fast.

Danta delivers another great White-based bar to go along with the plain truth of its basic White.
