Research indicates that 75% of couples do not hook up with their true love, a figure eerily similar to the percentage in consuming-economies that eats some form of chocolate everyday.

Instead they’re most likely having sex with someone who's thinking of somebody else & sleeping with whoever in a failed attempt to ease the loss of their heartbreaker.

A tragi-nightmare turned rom-com when something silly like both partners discover their joint passion for chocolate. Hey, now that's a reason to stick together.

Hmmmm, maybe chocolate’s therefore the surrogate for a missing loved one.

Like this bar.

It ain’t that great but it’ll do.

Ritual working off a 2012 Harvest, perhaps the last of the experimental ferments before Maya Mountain -- this cacáo's cultivators -- found its game & turned in some bumper crops that found full flowering in it's chocolate's Belize bar. This one however more closely tracks with the Dick Taylor release & thus achieves about the same standing. Too many acids, bitters & tannins to contain.

Crafted reasonably & responsibly though, of what was delivered. A case of what comes in must go out.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar
