Very much in congress with the newer breed of undeodorized Whites (the Dantas, Vestris and Askinosies).

And a fitting companion to Zotter's other White -- Kokos.

Unique in its own way however (to suit Zotter himself): a rare Crossover FlavPro for the White category.

The only infraction (& slight at that): powdered milk & cream suggest short conche, felt readily at the front, both in Taste as well as Texture. By the mid-section, however, the integration joins up smoothly to melt unimpeded toward the finish.

So much so, hardly a hint of cocoa butter shows thru. Instead it lays down a canvas for spices (raw cane & vanilla) to color it.

Add one more crown jewel to The Zotter Collection.
