black raisin in black tea -> black olive heralds serious bitter -> salted molasses -> burlap & other coarse fabrics -> stringent limestone (interpreted as "passionfruit" by the liner notes)

Venezuela (Patanemo)
75% cacáo-content; Lot 081141.01
Patanemo represents the poor orphan of sorts for Venzy chocolate. To lift it out of the ghetto there, Cacáo Atlanta elects to pair it with raw cane sugar & flavor abundantly evidences it. In the process the raw cane squashes the advertised red tones. Nonetheless, the best Patanemo since Mast Bros' way back when.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar

Peru (Chulucanas)
75% cacáo-content; Lot 0701132.03
Promising start turns awful & regrettable.
Mediocre. A prone seed lot experienced before in French Broad's equally plagued Chulucanas 81%. Raw cane sugar simply futile here; in fact it exacerbates this regional cacáo's sickly sap-sweet tendencies.
Avoid it.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar

Milk 40
40% cacáo-content; Blend 29; Lot 1024122.10
Sub-integration creates a sort of home-cooking comfort fare.
