And so as was written:

Right after the meal, got rocked with the first 4.5 degree earthquake; may not seem like much except when right on top of the epicenter. Anything hanging on the brain walls will not be straight anymore. 6 pm - well into a dozen quakes by now, with the peak hitting a frightening 6.0 on the Richter... in the elevator of a dopamine spike... around the 12th floor so that earlier 4.5 felt like just a bump to this 6 which really made things move. Hasn't stopped since. Next the "butt seismometer" is feeling another aftershock, somewhere in the 3+ range...

As well as any air bubbles have been completely vibrated out of the bar by now. Ditto any hopes that this will rock your day. Still, it's OK.

Probably the best seed lot yet from which Barsmiths™ has worked, tasted prior in Cacao Prieto's Criollo Dominican. A dummy-proof sub-varietal christened Coralina. Even so, Barsmiths™ manages to gum up the works some but, unlike Ducasse, fails to destroy it.

Score one for nature over nurture.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar
