In hommage to goddesses everywhere who reign over Earth, motherhood, fertility, love, abundance & the cycle of life & death / creation & destruction, let's ruminate over this bar on how an inverse relationship exists during pregnancy between the female's womb & her brain. As the former expands, the latter shrinks. Sorry, but anyone thinking this is some ill-informed misogynist joke should know it's based on actual medical findings.

Consumers partaking of this Goddess Milk by Zokoko might experience a similar mental contraction attended by a distended belly. And just like the pregnancy-dynamic, it can take up to 6 months to recover normal size again.

Appearance   5 / 5

Snap: conversational
Aroma   8.3 / 10
vanilla ice-cream under caramel-fudge, all topped with a royal blackberry
Mouthfeel   13 / 15
Texture: buxom choc'tox (wax-enhancement via lecithin)
Melt: swollen excitement lasts without overstaying the Flavor's own stamina
Flavor   45.9 / 50
Aromatics transfer seamlessly / fully… add a momentary plastic pitch before teasing butterscotch toffee -> subtle savory -> vanilla orchidness rather than its spiciness -> bahri date & royal mulberry

Preternatural indeed.

The first officially designated Heirloom Cacáo crafted into Milk Chocolate -- a format more elaborate &, arguably, requiring greater skill than straight Dark.

Starting with a sound blueprint... Solomon Islands anchors the blend with a solid foundation of core chocolate upon which to lift those lighter Bolivian flavor-flags -- Heirlooms I (Alto Beni) and II (Tranquilidad) -- which etherealize the added vanilla that bridges these origins.

The manner in which this teeter-totters right on the fulcrum places this among the all-time balancing acts. Predictably sweet yet persistently savory too; soft power & strong persuasion. Milk Chocolate contiguous to Dark-Milk.

The lone infraction & rather serious at that: the hiccups in the early Texture which waxes plastic in its carriage that crept in somehow / somewhere in the production chain to cost its rating a couple points that otherwise vault this into the firmament. Aside from that, an impeccable Milk Chocolate.

More proof, as if any were needed, that Beniano, in conjunction with Amazon-types from a Solomon Islands on the rise in chocolate world, produces benevolent chocolate -- dark &/or milk.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, lecithin
